回到中国待了一段时间,我又有点后悔了。虽然乒乓球擂台赛打的是热火朝天,可市场毕竟还处于起步阶段,更不用提什么俱乐部联赛了。我几乎无事可做,不错,我可以找个地方当教练,但我觉得自己应该趁着年轻,再出去闯闯。那时候,德国甲级乒乓球联赛已经成为世界乒坛的一个圣地,听说很多著名选手都在那里打球,也有不少中国人过去了,比如马文革、陈志斌。尽管德国比日本更遥远,可我学了二十年的球,总不能就此荒废掉吧?年底,正是德甲联赛在一个赛季中期暂且休战的间歇,也是各俱乐部开始寻觅下一赛季球员的时候,通过老队友的辗转介绍,我联系上了德甲的于利希俱乐部。
