给大白鼠下丘脑腹内侧核和第三脑室注射吗啡,观察对皮质酮分泌的影响,结果显示下丘脑腹内侧核注射吗啡,对血浆皮质酮浓度无明显影响;向第三脑室注射吗啡,血浆皮质酮浓度明显升高。此作用可被鸦片受体阻滞剂纳洛酮翻转。结果提示,中枢给予吗啡可能通过下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴使皮质酮分泌增加。
Morphine was injected into the hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus and the third ventricle of rats to observe the effect on corticosterone secretion. Morphine was injected into ventromedial hypothalamus without significant effect on plasma corticosterone concentration. Morphine and plasma Corticosterone concentration was significantly increased. This effect can be reversed by the opioid receptor blocker naloxone. The results suggest that central administration of morphine may increase corticosterone secretion through the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical axis.
