道路摊铺施工中使用的沥青摊铺机的伸缩熨平板可以拓宽摊铺宽度。现有的伸缩熨平板的最大摊铺宽度都不足主熨平板的2倍。而摊铺2倍以上的宽度时,通常使用拼装延长熨平板的方法来扩大宽度。然而,此方法在摊铺中存在不足。本文所介绍的具有住友特色的熨平板属至今首创的全新构造,摊铺宽度能达到主熨平板的约2.5倍,能克服历来熨平板的缺陷。本文主要介绍最大摊铺宽度为6m的J·PAVER2360(JP2360)熨平板。
Stretch screed of asphalt paver used in road paving construction can widen paving width. The existing telescopic screed maximum paving width of less than 2 times the main screed. When paving more than 2 times the width, usually use the method of extending the screed to expand the width. However, this method is deficient in paving. The Sumitomo screed described in this article is the first of its kind to date, with a width of about 2.5 times the width of the main screed and overcoming the scalding defects that have traditionally been screed. This article describes the maximum paving width of 6m J · PAVER2360 (JP2360) screed.
