目前,我国教育事业面临的一个很重要的问题,就是经费来源不足,集资困难,贫困山区又显得特别突出。我县经济十分落后,财政入不敷出,每年吃补贴达700多万元,拿不出较多的钱办教育。1989年,在集资办学的盘78.18万元中,县财政仅拨款11.45万元。要解决贫困山区经育经费来源不足的问题,必须根据山区实际,分别采取不同的对策。我认为,目前解决贫困山区教育经费问题,可采用下列三条途径:第一,国家要视可能增加贫困山区的教育经费,
