浅议我国电子政务建设的管理体制

一、现行的电子政务管理体制电子政务在我国兴起以来,各地在实践探索中根据自身情况组织逐渐形成了各自的政务信息化管理体制。有学者将当前我国各地存在的电子政务管理体制进行了分类:一是成立领导小组及办公室(临时机构);二是成立专职机构,如信息办、信息产业厅(局)、省市信息中心;三是落实到一个政府部门机构来负责,如科技局、计委;
