球后注射法是眼科护理操作中难度较大的一种操作,即将药物直接注射到眼球后部,从而达到治疗或麻醉眼球的目的,现谈谈我们在操作中的一点体会。一、适应症1.眼球深部疾病如:视神经炎、葡萄膜炎、视网膜中央动脉栓塞及中心性视网膜炎等。2.内眼手术麻醉睫状神经和睫状神经节。3.绝对期青光眼顽固性疼痛,可用酒精作球后注射来止痛。二、常用药物及剂量1.剂量:一般药物用量不超过2ml,激素类混悬液不超过0.5ml。2.药物:肾上腺皮质激素如:强地松龙、考地松、地塞米松等。血管扩张剂如:血管舒缓素、妥拉苏林、维脑路通等。麻醉及封闭用药如:普罗卡因、利多卡因。三、操作方法
