回旋状脉络膜视网膜萎缩是一种罕见的常染色体隐性遗传病,原发缺陷是鸟氨酸-δ-氨基转移酶活性缺乏,高鸟氨酸血症是其标志,主要症状和体征包括:近视、夜盲、白内障和脉缩膜视网膜萎缩。治疗措施为:口服维生素B_6;限制精氨酸饮食和用肌酸治疗。本文从临床、生化和治疗等方面,对回旋状脉络膜视网膜萎缩进行了讨论。
Circumferential chorioretinal atrophy is a rare autosomal recessive disease, the primary defect is the lack of ornithine-δ-aminotransferase activity, ornithinemia is its flag, the main symptoms and signs include: myopia , Night blindness, cataracts and retinal retinal atrophy. Treatment measures: oral vitamin B_6; limit arginine diet and creatine therapy. This article from the clinical, biochemical and therapeutic aspects of the convolution of choroidal retinal atrophy were discussed.
