[目的]研究磁场对荷Lewis肺癌瘤株的C57BL/6小鼠的抑瘤作用。[方法]45只C57BL/6小鼠皮下接种Lewis肺癌瘤株,动物模型建立后随机分为对照组、磁场组、放疗组、磁场+放疗组。磁场组小鼠置恒定磁场中,磁场强度0.7T(特斯拉),频率8Hz,作用时间2h;放疗组小鼠置直线加速器下X射线照射,能量6MV,源皮距100cm,照射DT2Gy;磁场+放疗组小鼠首先接受磁场组相同条件处理,间隔4h后接受放疗组相同条件处理。接种后第24d将各组小鼠称体重后解剖,获得肿瘤并称瘤重。[结果]各组裸鼠体重无明显差异。与对照组比较,磁场组瘤重明显减轻(P=0.016)。提示磁场可抑制肿瘤在裸鼠体内的生长。[结论]磁场对荷瘤小鼠体内Lewis肺癌瘤株的生长有明显抑制作用。
[Objective] To study the antitumor effect of magnetic field on C57BL / 6 mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma. [Methods] Forty five C57BL / 6 mice were inoculated subcutaneously with Lewis lung cancer. The animal models were randomly divided into control group, magnetic field group, radiotherapy group and magnetic field + radiotherapy group. In the magnetic field mice, the magnetic field strength was 0.7T (Tesla), the frequency was 8Hz and the action time was 2h. The mice in radiotherapy group were exposed to linear accelerator with X-ray energy of 6MV, source skin distance of 100cm and DT2Gy irradiation. + Radiotherapy group mice were treated with the same conditions of the magnetic field group first, treated with the same conditions of radiotherapy group after 4h intervals. On the 24th day after inoculation, the mice in each group were weighed, then weighed, and the tumors were obtained and weighed. [Results] The body weight of nude mice in each group showed no significant difference. Compared with the control group, the tumor weight of the magnetic field group was significantly reduced (P = 0.016). Tip magnetic field can inhibit tumor growth in nude mice. [Conclusion] The magnetic field significantly inhibited the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma in vivo in tumor-bearing mice.
