越来越多的学者、企业、政府意识到集群所发挥的效应,而科技型中小企业集群已成为当今区域经济发展的重要力量,而其中的创新力又是发展的关键因素。本文针对科技型中小企业的特点,从创新投入能力、创新研发能力、创新生产能力、创新市场化能力、创新盈利能力、创新环境支持能力六个层面建立了科技型中小企业创新能力的评价指标体系;运用了AHP方法进行分析,最后得出在创新能力中各个指标所占的权重。
More and more scholars, enterprises and governments have realized the effect that the cluster exerts, and the clusters of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises have become the important force for the development of regional economy at present, and the innovation force among them is the key factor for the development. According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized technology-based SMEs, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of innovation capability of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises from six aspects: innovation investment ability, innovation R & D capability, innovation production capability, innovation marketability, innovation profitability and innovation environment support capability ; AHP method is used to analyze, and finally draw the weight of each index in the innovation ability.
