农业被作为一种直接利用自然资源进行生产的基础性产业,是人类对自然资源与生态环境的第一产业。我国是一个农业大国,每年的国民经济需要农业作为基础进行发展,可以说农业经济的增长不但关系着我国国民经济发展的稳定性,同时也关系着整个国家和地区的可持续发展战略。
Agriculture is regarded as a basic industry that makes direct use of natural resources for production and is the primary industry for natural resources and ecological environment. As China is an agricultural power, every year the national economy needs agriculture as the basis for its development. It can be said that the growth of the agricultural economy is not only related to the stability of our national economy but also the strategy of sustainable development of the entire country and region.
