自1980年以来我院CCU病房共收治急性心肌梗塞患者1443例,发生猝死72例。经复苏抢救成功并康复出院30例,抢救成功后因泵衰等因素死亡11例,未抢救成功31例。现对死亡的42例患者进行总结,以吸取教训。临床资料男51例,女21例。年龄,47～84岁,60岁以上者55人(76.38%),其中下壁心肌梗塞15例,前壁10例,高侧壁2例,前间壁4例,正后壁1例,广泛前壁20例,下壁并正后壁9例,前间壁前壁5例,前壁并下壁4例,下壁正后壁并高侧壁2例。
Since 1980, a total of 1443 patients with acute myocardial infarction were admitted to CCU ward in our hospital, 72 cases of sudden death occurred. Resuscitation and recovery after successful recovery and 30 cases of recovery after successful rescue due to factors such as pump failure in 11 cases, 31 cases were not successful rescue. Now 42 cases of death were summarized, to learn a lesson. Clinical data of 51 males and 21 females. 55 patients (76.38%) were aged 47-84 years and over 60 years old, including 15 cases of inferior myocardial infarction, 10 cases of anterior wall, 2 cases of high lateral wall, 4 anterior wall and 1 posterior wall. 20 cases of wall, 9 cases of inferior wall and posterior wall, 5 cases of anterior wall, 4 anterior wall and inferior wall, 2 posterior wall of posterior wall and high side wall.
