本文论述了自行车交通的作用以及我国建设自行车系统的必要性,根据恩施市的交通性质和道路条件,提出建设自行车交通系统的规划构想,并由此分析我国自行车发展趋势、自行车与公共交通的关系及自行车规划与管理的策略。
This paper discusses the role of bicycle traffic and the necessity of building bicycle system in our country. According to the traffic and road conditions in Enshi city, this paper proposes a plan of constructing bicycle traffic system and analyzes the development trend of bicycle in China and the relationship between bicycle and public transportation And bicycle planning and management strategy.
