目的 探讨 M区、MC区进展期胃癌行保留贲门的近全胃切除术的临床价值。方法 对 1 5例进展期胃癌行保留贲门的根治性近全胃切除术作回顾性分析。结果 1 5例病人无手术后死亡 ,无贲门空肠吻合口瘘、倾倒综合征、严重贫血发生 ,仅 2例 (1 3.3% )出现返流性食管炎症状。结论 保留贲门的近全胃切除术符合根治要求 ,能有效防止吻合口瘘和倾倒综合征 ,减少返流性食管炎的发生机会
Objective To investigate the clinical value of near-total gastrectomy for preserving cardia in patients with advanced gastric cancer in M district and MC district. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 cases of advanced gastric cancer with preserved cardia radical gastrectomy was performed. Results Fifteen patients died without surgery, without cardiajejunostomy fistula, dumping syndrome and severe anemia. Only two cases (1.33%) had reflux esophagitis symptoms. Conclusions Near total gastrectomy with cardia preservation meets the radical requirements and can effectively prevent anastomotic fistula and dumping syndrome and reduce the incidence of reflux esophagitis
