根据钱正英部长在1985年7月12日一封信中关于采取有效措施降低水泥用量的指示精神(见本刊1985年第10期),水利水电建设总局研究拟订了《关于降低水利水电工程水泥用量的几项规定》,现已由水利电力部审定,作为部的规定颁发试行。鉴于合理使用水泥、降低水泥用量,不仅对降低工程造价、加快工程进度有直接影响,而且对支援整个国家建设具有重大意义,本刊特将上述规定登载如后。希望有关单位在试行过程中及时总结经验,提出意见,以便进一步完善。
