中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第四次全体会议于2014年10月23日在北京落下帷幕,会议审议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,让世界再次看到了中国新一届领导人治国理政的新思路和坚定的决心。习近平总书记受中央政治局委托,就《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》起草情况向全会作出说明。他从全会决定起草背景和过程、总体框架和主要内容、需要说明的几个问题
The 4th Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ended in Beijing on October 23, 2014. The meeting examined and approved the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues of Ruling the Country Governing by Law” in an all-round way, allowing the world to see again China New Leaders, New Ideas and Strong Determination in Administering the Country with Politics. General Secretary Xi Jinping was entrusted by the Political Bureau of the Central Committee to make a presentation to the plenary on drafting the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Some Important Issues concerning the Legal Promotion of the Country”. He decided from the plenary on the drafting of the background and process, the general framework and the main elements, a few questions to be clarified
