根据烟台市政府要求,前不久该市劳动工作会议做出布置,今年在总结区域性城镇企业职工医疗保险制度改革试点基础上,逐步扩大改革试点范围,年内普遍实行此项制度。去年,烟台市按照党的十四届三中全会《决定》提出的社会保障制度建设新思路,在招远市、蓬莱市和烟台经济技术开发区,实施企业职工医疗保险制度改革试点。新举措具体模式是:建立职工医疗保险基金,实行大病医疗费社会统筹金、个人医疗费帐户金、企业内部调剂金相结合。费用由企业和个人共同负担。企业按照上年度工资总额的一定比例提取医疗费,其中小部分缴纳社会统筹金和留作企业内部调剂金,大部分留
