香菇生产历年来都采用段木或原木栽培,每年需用木材达30万立方米,但因生产周期长,产量不稳,远远不能满足国内外市场的需要.近年来,我们试验以代用料栽培香菇,这种方法具有原料来源广,生产周期短,产量高等特点,适于广大城乡栽培.代料栽培香菇从播种至出菇只需两、三个月,至采收结束需10～11个月,每50公斤代料加辅助原料可收干香菇3～4公斤,比段木增产8倍.目前,代
