本文针对发动机涡轮叶片窄深槽的加工要求,分析了缓进给磨削窄深槽的电镀CBN成形砂轮的修整特点,研究了电镀CBN成形砂轮的修整技术及其修整效果,通过磨削试验,分析了修整后的电镀CBN砂轮缓进给房削高温合金窄深糟的加工度和表面质量。
In this paper, according to the machining requirements of the narrow deep groove of the turbine blades of the engine, the trimming characteristics of the plated CBN forming grinding wheel with slow grooving deep grooving are analyzed. The dressing technology and the dressing effect of the electroplated CBN forming grinding wheel are studied. The machined surface and surface quality of the trimmed electroplated CBN grinding wheel are analyzed.
