目的观察糖尿病合并糖尿病足治疗效果。方法对20例糖尿病合并糖尿病足患者的病情、治疗方法、临床疗效进行分析。结果 20例患者症状改善效果:显效15例(75%),有效3例(15%),无效2例(10%),总有效率为90%;溃疡愈合效果:显效17例(85%),有效3例(15%),无效0例,总有效率为100%。结论糖尿病合并糖尿病足的治疗以护理和药物治疗为主要方法,药物治疗在有效控制血糖的基础上改善肢体末端的血液循环、恢复神经功能为主导方向,同时做到早防护、早治疗可获得良好效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot with diabetic foot. Methods 20 cases of diabetic patients with diabetic foot disease, treatment, clinical efficacy analysis. Results The improvement of symptoms in 20 patients was markedly improved in 15 cases (75%), 3 cases (15%), 2 cases (10%), and the total effective rate was 90%. The ulcer healing effect was markedly improved in 17 cases (85% , Effective in 3 cases (15%), ineffective in 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions The treatment of diabetic foot with diabetic foot is the main method of nursing and medical treatment. Drug treatment can improve blood circulation and restore nerve function on the basis of effective control of blood sugar, leading to early protection and good early treatment effect.
