本文采用反相高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定了14 C -绿磺隆的化学纯度 ,并分别用高效液相色谱与液体闪烁测量仪联用法 (HPLC -LSC)以及薄层层析 -同位素成像分析法 (TLC -Isotopeimaginganalysis ,TLC -IIA)测定了14 C -绿磺隆的放射化学纯度。实验结果显示 ,合成的14 C -绿磺隆的化学纯度为 94 .4 % ,HPLC -LSC和TLC -IIA法测到的放射化学纯分别为 94 .7%和 94 .9—95 .2 % ,所得结果较一致。合成的14 C -绿磺隆的化学结构用LC -MS法进行了验证 ,结果表明 ,该14 C -绿磺隆样品与绿磺隆标样的HPLC保留时间相同 ,总正负分子离子峰和选择离子检测推断的分子量均为 35 7,与绿磺隆的分子量相同。
In this paper, the chemical purity of 14 C-chlorotoluron was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-HPLC), and the chemical purity of 14 C-chlorotoluron was determined by HPLC-LSC and TLC- The radiochemical purity of 14 C-chlorturon-ethyl was determined by TLC-Isotope imaging analysis (TLC-IIA). The experimental results showed that the chemical purity of the synthesized 14 C-chlorotungstic acid was 94.4%, and the radiochemical purity measured by HPLC-LSC and TLC-IIA was 94.7% and 94.9-95.2% , The result is more consistent. The chemical structure of the synthesized 14 C-chlorotungstic acid was confirmed by LC-MS. The results showed that the HPLC retention time of the 14 C-chlorotungstic acid was the same as that of the green CS standard. The total positive and negative ion peak and The molecular weights of the selected ions were inferred to be 357, which is the same as the molecular weight of chlorsulfuron.
