在日渐发达的通信技术、信息技术、射频识别技术等新技术的不断催生下,一种能够实现人与人、人与机器、人与物甚至物与物之间直接沟通的网络架构——泛在网络(Ubiquitous Network,U网络)正日渐清晰,并逐步走进了人们的日常生活之中。近年来,泛在技术也广泛地应用于图书馆界。“泛在信息社会”作为社会信息化发展的目标,在应用层面主要体现为信息的无处不在。这就要求这人们必须具备相应的信息素质。但与作为这个社会的未来的主力军的大学生,其信息素质教育却未能达到相应的水平,这将会阻碍个人和社会的良好发展。因此本课题拟就此现象,对泛在信息环境下大学生信息素质教育问题做一定尝试性研究。

Therefore, this subject intends to do some tentative research on this issue and the information quality education for undergraduates under the environment of ubiquitous information.
