本文着重阐述电机轴承质量对电机噪声的影响,以及轴承的配合、配合件的加工精度和安装使用方面存在的问题与解决方法。文中认为如果能正确合理地使用经改进后的轴承(Z_1),电机噪声可以达到相当于国际上比较先进的同类尺寸轴承的电机噪声水平。
This article focuses on the impact of the motor bearing quality on the motor noise, as well as the bearing with the pieces with the machining accuracy and installation of the existing problems and solutions. The paper argues that if the improved bearing (Z_1) can be used properly and reasonably, the motor noise can reach the equivalent of the motor noise level of the same size bearings in the world.
