研究了提高南方稀土混合氧化物纯度的工艺。研究结果表明:选择铵的强酸盐作浸矿剂,在浸矿剂中添加硫化铵等除杂剂并调节pH,对浸出的稀土料液调pH和加入除杂剂进行预处理;先用碳酸氢铵流出稀土,然后用草酸沉淀提纯;控制沉淀比、酸度和硫酸铵含量等条件,都可提高稀土纯度,且适合于处理各种料液。
The technology of improving the purity of rare earth mixed oxides in southern China was studied. The results show that the strong acid salt of ammonium is selected as the ore leaching agent, the impurity remover such as ammonium sulphide is added to the leaching agent, the pH is adjusted, the pH of the leached rare earth liquid is adjusted and the pretreatment is carried out by adding the impurity removing agent; Ammonium bicarbonate out of rare earth, and then oxalic acid precipitation purification; control the precipitation ratio, acidity and ammonium sulfate content and other conditions, can increase the purity of rare earth, and is suitable for processing various feed.
