C3 F8 gas is routinely used as a vitreous cavity filler after vitrectomy [13]. After the C3 F8 is injected into the vitreous cavity, the air bubble and aqueous humor form a gas-liquid interface. N 2 O and oxygen inhalation cause the accumulation of N 2 O and O 2 molecules on one side of the liquid surface to form a pressure gradient. The N 2 O and O 2 molecules diffuse from the liquid surface into the bubble along the pressure gradient, causing the bubble to expand. N 2 O gas inhalation anesthesia and oxygen in the clinical widely
