采用在活体关节腔内~3氚—胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H—TdR)单标记放射自显影方法,观察用环锯钻洞法治疗半月板无血管区急性纵形损伤后肉芽组织修复中细胞成份的形态变化,用图象分析仪对不同愈合时期肉芽组织中不同功能状态的纤维细胞随机进行几何参数的测试,为临床采用最佳方法治疗半月板损伤提供可靠依据。
Using 3-tritiated-thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) single-marker autoradiography in vivo, we observed the effect of using ring-saw drilling to treat the cells in the repair of granulation tissue after acute longitudinal injury in the avascular zone of the meniscus The morphological changes of the components were tested by using the image analyzer. The geometric parameters of the fibroblasts in different functional states in granulation tissues at different healing stages were randomly measured, which provided a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of meniscal damage with the best method.
