目的 1992年至1997年间,应用单一的暴露疗法治疗耳烧伤40例52耳的疗效,与1997年至2001年间应用中西医结合疗法治疗耳烧伤42例56耳的疗效比较,寻求耳烧伤的治疗方法。方法 72小时前,清洗创面后,用注射器抽去水泡液,外涂稀的磺胺嘧啶银或外涂碘伏,于72小时后,用1%新洁尔灭液清洗创面上的药膜,盐水清洗,再涂以中药烧伤膏,软化已形成的痴皮,每4～6小时涂中药烧伤膏一次,并去除前一次的药液和分泌物,深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤者,可勤观察,随时换药,并暴露患耳至痊愈。结果创面愈合时间缩短,疤痕增生减轻,而且创面止痛效果好。结论应用中西医结合治疗耳烧伤,疗效优于单一暴露疗法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of single exposure therapy on 40 cases of 52 ears with ototoxicity during 1992 to 1997. Compare with the curative effect of 42 cases of 56 cases of ear burns treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine between 1997 and 2001, . Methods 72 hours before the wound was cleaned, the syringe was used to remove the blister fluid and applied with dilute silver sulfadiazine or iodine-coated volvulus. After 72 hours, the wound membrane was cleaned with 1% benzalkonium bromide solution and washed with saline. Coated with Chinese traditional burn burn, softening the formation of the crazy skin, every 4 to 6 hours coated with traditional Chinese medicine burn ointment, and remove the previous liquid and secretions, deep Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burns, ground observation, ready to change Medicine, and expose the affected ear to cure. Results The wound healing time was shortened, scar hyperplasia reduced, and wound pain relief effect was good. Conclusion The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ear burns, the effect is better than a single exposure therapy.
