Objective: To observe the curative effect of new technique on maxillary sinus cyst and to provide a new method for non-surgical treatment of maxillary sinus cyst. Methods: Sixty-six patients with maxillary sinus cyst were selected and diagnosed by CT or MRI. After local anesthesia or topical anesthesia, the maxillary sinus cyst was penetrated through the maxillary sinus puncture point of the inferior nasal cavity, the needle core was removed, , And then through the cannula push the amount of invention patent maxillary sinus cyst drug composition, the main component of iodine solution, according to 2: 1 injection (ie: extract 2ml cyst fluid, inject 1ml drugs, and so on). If the cyst is located in the maxillary sinus wall, you can choose to enter the gingival sulcus into the needle, the conventional puncture site is not easy to puncture cysts can be selected under the guidance of the image. Results: Fifty-six patients with maxillary sinus cysts were followed up for 1-3 years after CT scan. Among them, 54 cases were followed up and 2 cases were lost. The follow-up rate was 96.4%. During the follow-up of patients, there were clinical symptoms caused by maxillary sinus cyst before treatment, the symptoms disappeared after treatment, and CT showed that the cysts disappeared obviously. The results showed that 54 patients with maxillary sinus cyst were followed up by patent for the treatment of maxillary sinus cyst After treatment, no recurrence, to cure standards. Conclusion: The new technique is effective in the treatment of maxillary sinus cysts and provides ideas and methods for non-surgical treatment of maxillary sinus cysts.
