一、从“基本建设”到“投资”的艰难飞跃目前流行的“投资”概念与原“基本建设”概念有着血缘关系。国家教委目前执行的专业目录中的投资经济管理专业,就是由基本建设经济学专业转过来的;不少大学的投资系原来都是基建经济系;现在国家计委投资研究所的前身就是建委的基建经济研究所。更有甚者,《辞海》关于投资一词的解释,几乎把这两个概念等同了:投资“在社会主义制度下一般指基本建设投资”。
I. Difficult Leap from “Capital Construction” to “Investment” The prevailing concept of “investment” has a blood relationship with the original concept of “capital construction.” The State Education Commission currently carries out the professional directory of investment economics and management major, which is turned over by the capital construction economics; many university investment departments were originally Department of Infrastructure Economics; now the State Planning Commission Investment Research Institute predecessor is the Construction Committee Infrastructure Economics Institute. What is more, the interpretation of “Cihai” on investment almost equates the two concepts: investment “refers to capital construction investment under the socialist system.”
