1991年,利用自本院住院病人各类标本检出的449株细菌(包括真菌,下同),调查医院感染的若干特点。①与医院感染相关的细菌占69.3%(311株),涉及176名病人的240次感染。②感染类型广泛,以肺部感染、创面感染与尿路感染为主,分别占37.9%、25.8%与17.5%;其中70.4%(169人次)为单─菌感染,29.6%为复数菌感染。③引起医院感染的细菌中,以铜绿假单胞菌、肠杆菌属多见。④据药敏试验结果,金黄色葡萄球菌对林可霉素、庆大霉素、红霉素和丁胺卡那霉素的耐药率,引起医院感染者分别明显高于引起非医院感染者;肺炎克雷伯氏菌对头孢拉定、头孢三嗪、庆大霉素与丁胺卡那霉素的耐药率,引起医院感染者和引起非医院感染者之间有统计学差异。⑤发生医院感染者的治愈率较低,病死率较高。
In 1991, 449 strains of bacteria (including fungi, the same below) detected from various specimens of inpatients in our hospital were used to investigate some characteristics of nosocomial infections. ① 69.3% (311 strains) of bacteria associated with nosocomial infections involved 240 infections in 176 patients. (2) A wide range of infections, with pulmonary infections, wound infections and urinary tract infections, accounted for 37.9%, 25.8% and 17.5% respectively; 70.4% (169) were single-bacteria infections , 29.6% for multiple bacterial infections. ③ cause nosocomial infections in bacteria, to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter more common. ④ According to susceptibility test results, the resistance rates of Staphylococcus aureus to lincomycin, gentamicin, erythromycin and amikacin caused hospital infection were significantly higher than those caused by non-hospital infection ; Klebsiella pneumoniae to cefradine, cefotaxime, gentamicin and amikacin drug resistance rates, caused by hospital infection and cause non-hospital infection were statistically significant. ⑤ hospital infection occurred in the lower cure rate, higher mortality.
