目的:研究欧李仁多肽的抗氧化作用。方法:以欧李仁多肽对DPPH.自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力以及对小鼠体内血清及肝脏中SOD、GSH-PX酶活力和MDA含量的影响来确定欧李仁蛋白多肽的抗氧化能力。结果:欧李仁多肽对DPPH.自由基有显著的清除能力,其IC50值为2.69mg/mL;欧李仁多肽还具有明显的清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的作用,其IC50值分别为6.52mg/mL和7.19mg/mL。欧李仁多肽还可显著提高小鼠血清和肝脏中SOD、GSH-PX酶的活力,显著降低小鼠体内MDA的含量。结论:欧李仁多肽具有较好的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative effect of Polysaccharides Methods: The effects of Euclidean polypeptide on the scavenging of DPPH · free radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical and on the activities of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in serum and liver of mice Antioxidant capacity. Results: The results showed that the polysaccharide extract of Radix Oreli decreased significantly on DPPH radical with an IC50 value of 2.69 mg / mL. The extract of Radix Orolepis also exhibited significant activity of scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical with IC50 values of 6.52 mg / mL and 7.19 mg / mL. Ou Li Ren polypeptide also significantly increased SOD and GSH-PX enzyme activity in serum and liver of mice and significantly reduced the content of MDA in mice. Conclusion: Oxya chinensis polypeptide has a good anti-oxidation effect.
