Thermal Stability and Instability of Austenite in Tungsten-Molybdenum High-Speed Steel - 1984, 8, 28-31 [J] .This paper studied the stabilization factors, which were kept at 20 ℃ for long time and tempered at 100-400 ℃, The effects of cold treatment and high temperature tempering on austenite transformation in P6M5 and P6M5K5 hardened steels were compared. The relationship between relaxation of elastic stress and austenite stabilization and martensitic transformation was confirmed. Tempering at 300 ~ 400 ℃ and incubated at 20 ℃ for 2 months, austenitic
