活跃的群众文化是构建和谐社会的重要内容,自有历史以来,群众文化一直是社会文化的现象。因此,群众文化对于建设文化领域有着重要的作用。随着社会的不断发展,文化管理也需要逐渐创新,只有不断地在文化管理方面进步才能推动文化的进程,建立公共文化服务体系。此外,群众文化是普及并实践社会主义核心价值理念的重要载体。政府要帮助群众克服文化工作理念和运作上的误区,在文化管理上增加更多的新方式,使得群众文化得到更多的推广,创建丰富完善的群众文化活动格局。
The active mass culture is an important part of building a harmonious society. Since its own history, mass culture has always been a phenomenon of social culture. Therefore, mass culture plays an important role in building a cultural field. With the continuous development of society, cultural management needs to be gradually innovated. Only by continuously improving cultural management can we promote the process of culture and establish a public cultural service system. In addition, mass culture is an important carrier for popularizing and practicing the socialist core value concept. The government should help the masses to overcome the misunderstanding of the concept of cultural work and their operation and add more new ways to cultural management so as to promote more mass culture and establish a rich and complete mass cultural activity pattern.
