[目的]对椎间盘镜下肢体骨肿瘤活检进行疗效评估。[方法]以2008年10月～2011年8月来本院治疗骨肿瘤的患者总共80例为研究对象,所有患者均行择期手术,行椎间盘镜下骨肿瘤活检手术。[结果]所有患者术前均行椎间盘镜下活检手术,取材成功率100%。活检准确率达96.25%,其中良性肿瘤准确率为96.26%;恶性肿瘤为97.22%。活检手术均未发生并发症。[结论]椎间盘镜下骨肿瘤活检术对骨肿瘤术前的诊断及治疗方法的选择有重要作用,且具有操作简便、并发症少、准确率高的特点。
[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of biopsy of lower extremity bone tumor of disc. [Methods] From October 2008 to August 2011, a total of 80 patients treated with bone tumors in our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients underwent elective surgery and underwent disc biopsy. [Results] All patients underwent microscopic biopsy before operation. The successful rate was 100%. The biopsy accuracy rate was 96.25%, of which benign tumor was 96.26% and malignant tumor was 97.22%. No biopsy complications occurred. [Conclusion] The disc-assisted bone tumor biopsy plays an important role in preoperative diagnosis and treatment of bone tumor. It has the characteristics of simple operation, less complications and high accuracy.
