目的:研究3味具有抗Hp作用的苦寒类中药对脾虚大鼠胃黏膜的作用。方法:采用过劳及饮食失节法制备脾虚大鼠模型,将黄连、黄芩、大黄、阿斯匹林、麦滋林灌服模型大鼠10天后,观测胃黏膜溃疡指数、黏膜损伤程度,测定血浆、胃黏膜组织SS、NO含量。结果:与模型组比较,黄芩组、大黄组的胃黏膜溃疡指数、黏膜损伤程度显著降低(P<0.05);黄芩、黄连、大黄组均降低血浆及胃黏膜组织SS的含量(P<0.05);黄芩、大黄组增高血浆及胃黏膜组织NO的含量(P<0.05)。结论:抗Hp苦寒类中药黄芩、大黄对大鼠损伤的胃黏膜具有一定的保护作用,其可能是通过降低血浆和胃窦组织SS的含量,升高血浆和胃黏膜NO的含量起作用。
Objective: To study the effect of bitter cold herbs with anti-Hp effect on gastric mucosa of rats with spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: Spleen deficiency rat model was prepared by overwork and diet disorder method. After the rats of Coptis chinensis, Radix Scutellariae, Rhubarb, Aspirin and Mai Zilin were orally administrated for 10 days, gastric mucosal ulcer index and mucosal lesion degree were observed, , Gastric mucosal tissue SS, NO content. Results: Compared with the model group, the ulcer index and mucosal lesion of the group treated with Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhubarb were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The contents of SS in plasma and gastric mucosa of Scutellaria baicalensis, Rhizoma coptidis and Rhubarb group were decreased (P <0.05) ; Scutellaria root and rhubarb group increased NO content in plasma and gastric mucosa (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhubarb, which are anti-Hp bitter cold-type herbs, have some protective effects on gastric mucosa in rats, which may be through decreasing SS content in plasma and gastric antrum tissue and increasing NO content in plasma and gastric mucosa.
