对灵芝在糠醛渣不同配方料上菌丝生长情况和子实体产量进行了研究,同时对各配方料上生长的灵芝子实体的形态进行了比较。结果表明,灵芝菌丝在各配方料上均能生长,配方⑤菌丝生长速度较快,配方①和②菌丝生长势强,表现为菌丝洁白、浓密。从于实体产量和形态看,配方①产量最高,其生物效率达58.2%。各配方的子实体形态均表现较好,而配方①和②子实体菌盖厚,商品价值和药用价值较高。
Ganoderma lucidum furfural residues in different formulations of raw materials and fruiting body growth were studied at the same time on the growth of the recipe Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body morphology were compared. The results showed that, Ganoderma lucidum mycelium can grow on all formulations, formula ⑤ mycelium growth faster, formula ① and ② mycelium growth potential, showed mycelium white, dense. From the perspective of physical yield and morphology, formula (1) has the highest yield with a biological efficiency of 58.2%. The fruiting bodies of the formulas all performed better, while the thickets of the fruiting bodies of formulas (1) and (2) had a higher commodity value and medicinal value.
