近年来,随着国民经济现代化进程的加快,国内化学工业得到了空前的快速发展,特别是精细化工产品的作用越来越突出。但是我国精细化工产品与国外发达国家还有明显的差距,在更多的新领域内,我国仍处于发展起步阶段。与世界发达国家相比,突出问题是:技术水平和开发能力尚不够高;生产企业相对分散、规模不尽合理,装置效益低;部分生产企业对环境污染严重;科技投入不够;应用研究和市场营销比较薄弱。目前时期,是我国经济发展的重要时期,我国精细化工工业将面临许多机遇和挑战,精细化工工业发展中结构调整和体制改革的步伐也将在这一时期有较大进展。精细化工行业的发展,面对国际、国内市场一体化的趋势,如何认清形势,调整发展战略,全面提高竞争力,这是精细化工行业发展必须注重的问题。
