10月30日,武汉市醉江月饮食服务公司召开第一届职工代表大会暨第二次工会会员代表大会。会议表决通过了醉江月职工代表大会工作细则和醉江月职工民主管理委员会成员名单,投票选举产生了第二届工会委员会和经费审查委员会,并选举产生了工会主席和经费审查委员会主任。这次会议的召开,开创了新建企业职工代表大会与工会会员代表大会同步召开,实行两会合一的先例,对完善新建企业职工民主管理制度具有重要意义。
On October 30, Wuhan Drunk River Food Service Company convened the first employee representative assembly and the second union representative conference. The meeting voted through the working conditions of Drunk Workers ’Congress and the list of members of Drunk Workers’ Democratic Management Committee. The second session of the Trade Union Committee and the Funding Review Committee was voted and elected. The chairman of the union and the director of the expense review committee were elected. The convening of this meeting has created a precedent for the congress of workers and staff members of newly established enterprises to be held in unison with the union members’ congress, and is of great significance in improving the system of democratic management of newly established workers and staff.
