A four-year study by experts from France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Viagra, Spain and the United Kingdom, sponsored by the Independent European Procedural Group (IEPG), is a four-year study aimed at coordinating and improving predictive energy gathering in Europe Charged jet and penetration technology. During the implementation of the plan, a standard convergent charge was unified and processed and tested. At the same time, this standard charge was thoroughly simulated using various jet formation models, two-dimensional, three-dimensional penetration models and hydrodynamic codes that may be used within the IEPG. Through the analysis of the simulation results, coupled with the supplementary test, the simulation technology can eventually make a good agreement between the prediction and the test. In absolute terms, it is not possible to predict in advance the penetration behavior of charged charge because we lack a thorough understanding of the factors that affect jet collimation and fracture. The study also designed several variants of the standard charge and performed a small amount of processing and testing to compare the simulated predictions with the experimental X-ray images. In addition, a pure parametric calculation was performed to examine jet characteristics such as changes in standard chargeability after independent changes in velocity, density, and the like. The study found that jet velocity and flight accuracy have a significant impact on the penetration performance. Parametric studies have given us a deep understanding of the interrelationships among these factors so that weapon designers can freely choose at design time.
