海南声升国际游艇俱干部,由海南扬升房地产发展公司、海南桂林洋经济开发区管委会、桂林洋房地产开发公司及数家金融机构、企业单位做为发起人联合纽建,经海南省有关主管部门批准立项成立.项目选址在风景秀美、碧水白沙的桂林洋山湖港,距海口市中心仅10公里,与海南跑马场、高尔夫球场、世界漫游公园和海口美兰新机场毗邻.在建一期工程投资一千万美金,陆地建设280亩,海岸线700米,海域固定面积8万平方米.总社区陆地规划逾千亩,拟2001年全部建成,总投资约2亿美元.

It is adjacent to Hainan Racecourse, Golf Course, World Roaming Park and Meilan New Airport in Haikou. In the first-phase project, it will invest 10 million U.S. dollars, 280 acres of land will be constructed, 700 meters of coastline and 80,000 square meters of sea area will be planted. The total land area of the total community is over a thousand acres and all of them are planned to be completed in 2001 with a total investment of about 200 million U.S. dollars.
