实践证明,在罩式退火炉中用氢气代替氮气作为保护气体并结合应用高对流技术能够增加炉子产量和提高钢材质量。由于氢气具有密度低,渗透性高,还原性和传热性等特点,因而能获得均匀的带钢温度和改善钢卷表面质量。然而,使用氢气对设备性能和安全性具有更高的要求。选择合适的设备并采用现代自动化技术就能满足这种要求。自动化既考虑到提高经济效益,同时又能避免人为因素带来的不利影响。
Practice has proved that in the hood annealing furnace with hydrogen instead of nitrogen as a protective gas and the combination of high convection technology can increase the furnace output and improve the quality of steel. Due to its low density, high permeability, reducibility and heat transfer properties, hydrogen can achieve uniform strip temperatures and improve coil surface quality. However, the use of hydrogen has higher equipment performance and safety requirements. Choose the right equipment and modern automation technology to meet this requirement. Automation takes into account both increased economic efficiency, while avoiding the adverse effects of human factors.
