以往关于学校评价的实施主体都是教育管理部门,这样的评价往往有失客观性。校本评价是对以往学校评价的改革,校本评价的有效实施不仅能促进学校教育质量的改进,也能符合学校评价制度的发展。然而,校本评价在实施的过程中遇到了很多的困难和问题。本论文以杭州市某中学为例,研究校本评价在杭州市某中学实施过程中遇到的困难和问题,提出关于校本评价的改进建议。
In the past on the implementation of school evaluation are the main subject of education management, such evaluation is often not objective. School-based evaluation is the reform of previous school evaluation. The effective implementation of school-based evaluation can not only promote the improvement of school education, but also accord with the development of school evaluation system. However, school-based evaluation encountered many difficulties and problems in the process of implementation. This paper takes a middle school in Hangzhou as an example to study the difficulties and problems that school-based evaluation encountered in the implementation of a middle school in Hangzhou and put forward suggestions for improving school-based evaluation.
