高等院校作为培养高素质、知识型和技术型人才的孵化基地,不仅要承担着大学生科技文化知识的传授,还要注重对大学生体育终身体育意识的培养,为经济社会的发展和建设提供健康、强健的体魄。本文分析了高等院校体育教学对大学生树立终身体育意识养成的重要作用,探讨了如何在高校体育教学实践中树立大学生终身体育意识的途径和方法。
