大孤山铁矿的60R牙轮钻机,用完随机带来的310毫米钻头后改用国产250毫米钻头。其排渣孔在穿孔工作中显得较小,风压升高,安全阀经常跳动,影响钻孔的正常排渣和钻孔速度。有的钻头由于设计和加工制作上的问题,对接的排渣孔多数是错位的,变成扁孔,减小了有效孔径。因此现场司机就将排渣孔自行扩大(用电、气焊割),有的扩一个,两个,有的扩三个,大小不一,随心所欲。用这样的方法来维持穿孔作业已几年了,经济效果如何?无人过问。
