对氟桂嗪治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效进行了观察,并与常规治疗组进行比较。通过对临床症状恢复时间及20项新生儿神经行为评分来判定药物疗效,并进行为期2年的随访。结果表明,治疗组中、重度HIE神经系统症状恢复时间显著低于对照组,重度HIE10~14d新生儿评分显著高于对照组。随访中治疗组脑电图异常例数和后遗症例数明显低于对照组。提示氟桂嗪对中、重度HIE具有促进脑神经细胞的修复、缩短神经系统症状消失的时间、提高疗效和减少后遗症的作用。
Flunarizine treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were observed and compared with the conventional treatment group. Through the clinical symptom recovery time and 20 newborn neurobehavioral scores to determine the efficacy of the drug, and for a 2-year follow-up. The results showed that in the treatment group, the recovery time of symptoms of severe HIE neurological system was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the neonatal score of 10-14 days of severe HIE was significantly higher than that of the control group. Follow-up treatment group EEG abnormal cases and sequelae cases was significantly lower than the control group. It is suggested that flunarizine can promote the repair of cerebral nerve cells in medium and severe HIE, shorten the time of disappearance of nervous system symptoms, improve the curative effect and reduce the sequelae.
