作者对1996年9月～1997年10月计院的下呼吸道感染患儿进行了鼻咽部分泌物的肺炎支原体（MP）、沙眼衣原体（CT）PCR检测，报告如下资料与方法一、病例选择均为住院的下呼吸道感染患儿88例，其中男47例．女41例．年龄］7～12a，其中l～3a12例．～6a24例，～9a32例，～12a20例。
