目的 :放探讨超声心动图评价放射治疗所致心脏损害的价值。方法 :应用二维及多普勒超声心动图对16例恶性肿瘤患者纵隔放射治疗后的心脏并发症进行观察。总照射剂量平均 5 5 .7Gy,追踪时间 12个月~ 34个月。结果 :放疗后有 8例 ( 5 0 % )受检者出现心脏损害征象 ,分别累及心包、心肌和心瓣膜。照射剂量的大小及随访时间的长短等因素与放射性心脏损害的发生有着较为明显的关系。结论 :纵隔放射治疗可致心脏损害 ,应用超声心动图可对其做出正确的诊断、鉴别诊断
Objective : To evaluate the value of echocardiography in assessing the cardiac damage caused by radiation therapy. Methods: Two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography were used to observe cardiac complications after radiotherapy of 16 patients with malignant tumors. The total radiation dose was 55.7 Gy on average and the follow-up time was from 12 months to 34 months. RESULTS: After radiotherapy, 8 (50%) subjects had signs of cardiac damage, involving the pericardium, heart muscle, and heart valves. The size of the radiation dose and the length of follow-up time have a significant relationship with the occurrence of radioactive heart damage. Conclusion : Mediastinal radiotherapy can cause heart damage. Echocardiography can be used to make a correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
