以旅游业龙头梵净山景区为分析对象,采用调查法和综合分析法,结合梵净山景区实际情况,探究景区等级与旅游就业的关系。通过分析当前旅游发展的状况和趋势、旅游业就业的状况、旅游从业人员状况,对景区等级和就业进行分析,得出景区等级提高对促进旅游业的发展,提升经济效益,促进当地就业有明显作用。
Taking the tourism scenic spot Fanjingshan scenic spot as the analysis object, this paper investigates the relationship between scenic spot level and tourism employment by means of investigation and comprehensive analysis, combined with the actual situation of Fanjingshan scenic spot. By analyzing the current situation and trend of tourism development, the status of tourism employment, the status of tourism practitioners, and the analysis of the scenic spots and employment level, it is concluded that the improvement of scenic spot levels can promote the development of tourism industry, enhance the economic benefits and promote the local employment obviously effect.
