本文介绍了中频电机隔振设计的步骤,有效隔振的条件,绝对传递率的公式、双对称面隔振系统的六个固有频率公式. 电机的主要参数有:直径d=33cm,长l=67.5cm,重量W=245kg,转数2950转/分.机座振动加速度2.5g,主共振峰在2000Hz附近.以50Hz作为激振频率和实际设计的参数进行了数值计算.文中给出了隔振器安装前后的加速度测量值,垂直方向绝对传递率的理论计算和实测曲线,阐述了隔振设计中应该注意的一些问题.
This paper introduces the steps of vibration isolation design, the conditions of effective vibration isolation, the formula of absolute transmission rate and the six natural frequencies of double symmetric vibration isolation system.The main parameters of the motor are: diameter d = 33cm, length l = 67.5cm, the weight of W = 245kg, the number of revolutions of 2950 revolutions / min. The vibration acceleration of the machine frame is 2.5g, the main resonance peak is around 2000Hz, the numerical calculation is made with 50Hz as the excitation frequency and the actual design parameters. The acceleration measurement before and after the installation of the vibrator, the theoretical calculation of the absolute transmissibility in the vertical direction and the measured curve, and some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of vibration isolation are elaborated.
