臀肌挛缩症是因臀大肌纤维挛缩导致髋关节活动受限的疾病。本文总结了1993年7月至2000年2月间的18例患者随访资料。其中男11例,女7例。年龄从8-14岁。双侧17例,单侧1例。术后效果与术前挛缩程度有关。在儿童臀肌挛缩术后,强调早期功能训练,防止形成新的粘连。
Gluteal muscle contracture is due to gluteus maximus muscle contraction caused by limited hip activity disease. This article summarizes the 18 patient follow-up data from July 1993 to February 2000. Including 11 males and 7 females. Age from 8-14 years old. Bilateral in 17 cases, unilateral in 1 case. The postoperative effect is related to the degree of preoperative contracture. Gluteal muscle contracture in children, emphasizing early functional training to prevent the formation of new adhesions.
