1996年,大连港大连湾港务公司在市场竞争激烈、港口吞吐量和营业收入比上年有所下降的情况下,实现利润比上年增加516万元,综合单位成本比上年降低922.93元/千吨;资本利润率为7.2%,超过港务局下达的6.45%水平,其他相关经济指标均超过了预期的水平。 一、转变观念,提高认识 我们学习邯钢“模拟市场核算、实行成本否决”的管理经验,转变观念,增强了危机感、责任感,认识到在市场经济条件下,重产量轻效益,粗放经营的路子再也不能走了,必须面对市场,苦练内功,走内涵式集约型发展道路。
